While enjoying the Great Snow Race party I stumbled against Field Op #48. You can access this mission by going to the third party room and going to the "EPF Only" secret room. This mission is to repair the communication tower.
Scroll down for the cheats:
1.) Walk over to the Tower that has wave signals over it.
2.) Your EPF Spy phone should be making a noise and it should be flashing green
After click your EPF spy phone and you will be needing to complete this Field Op.
Once you have completed this Field Op you will receive a message from Gary.
You've completed Field Op #48 well done!
The message says:
Excellent work Agent - you successfully powered up the comm tower. You must now infiltrate Herbert's lair, and deactivate his security system. Stay alert, I'll contact you soon.
